Foundation privacy notice, prepared October 20, 2026. The accountable operator and real privacy contact are pending confirmation. This is not a claim that production hosting or inquiry delivery is active.

Accountable operator and contact

Cogniprimer is the publication name. The legal or business identity responsible for operation has not been supplied. A real public contact for access and deletion requests must be confirmed before production launch. The contact page shows the current unavailable state.

Hosting and processors

The delivery configuration targets Cloudflare Pages. No deployment is performed by this foundation build. Once hosted, the hosting provider may process network information such as IP addresses and request details for delivery and security. Actual settings, retention, and the accountable operator must be reviewed before launch.

Resend is the planned transport for future inquiry notifications; it is not connected here. The founder's mailbox provider and delivery configuration are not yet confirmed. There is no application database of inquiries in this implementation.

Assessment and worksheets

Answers and worksheet text remain in the open page's memory. Refresh clears them. They are not saved to localStorage, cookies, or a server and are not sent as analytics. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy under your browser and device controls.

This foundation does not offer assessment-to-inquiry transfer while inquiries are unavailable. No raw answers are placed in URLs or sessionStorage.

Search and filters

Search matches are calculated in your browser using a static public index. Typed queries are not sent to a search service. The query may appear in your browser address and history. If you later load or share that URL, the URL can be visible to the hosting service or recipient. Filters likewise use the address bar to preserve selected options.

Inquiry purpose and retention

The disabled form shows the planned fields but does not accept or send information. When enabled, inquiry information will be used to assess and reply to the request, not to subscribe you to marketing. Please describe the process rather than private records.

A proposed 90-day retention period for nonclient inquiry emails has not been implemented or verified, so no retention promise is made here. Mailbox retention, notification-provider records, and security logs need separate confirmation. Client records would follow the actual agreed and applicable obligations.

Deletion and other requests

A functioning contact address and an owner-operated deletion process are prerequisites for launch. Until supplied, this site cannot accept deletion requests. If you save a worksheet or result locally, you control that local copy.

Analytics and changes

No browser analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, newsletter tooling, or tracking cookies are installed. This does not mean hosting creates no logs. Any later data collection requires an updated notice and an explicit implementation decision.
